Great stay!
Newly renovated rooms. Close enough to Asok MRT/BTS stations. Great staff - Poi, Gift & Kate. They now offer breakfast.
Newly renovated room but our aircon was still retained from the old rooms. A bit noisy.

What was the highlight of THEE Bangkok by TH District
Compact but feels bigger
The coffee machine was very handy because it made an instant Starbucks americano and espresso using pods, and the clock was useful. There's a laundry cart right outside the hotel and two 711s on either end of the street. My second stay here, so I was happy to see the improvements. The MRT is a bit off by about 10 mins on either side of the main road. Conventional breakfasts are available but there are plenty of outstanding alternatives at Terminal 21. Plenty of entertainment on the weekends on the main road. About 10 minutes away on foot.
The room ventilation was off or very weak, so there was a bit of an dank odour from my stuff over a couple of days.

The breakfast is excellent.
The controller of AC is not working, however, staffs assist to fix it efficient. The drainage system of the shower room is bad.

THEE Hotel met my expectations for a laid back holiday; coming and going with ease at leisure between shop, meals and me
The hotel has very clean room and bathroom. Good lighting. Many plug points. Complimentary water. Comfy and cosy room and bed. Location is convenient, <10 min walk to Asok BTS, 2 min to Sukhumvit main road, 10+ min walk to Phrom Phuong BTS. Friendly staff. Complimentary WiFi.
No ice machine. Limited international TV news channels.
